Using scriptures from Exodus 20:8-11, the Rev. Dr Caressa highlights God’s 4th commandment to Moses and the Israelites to remember the Sabbath and keep it holy. Her message is guided by the questions: “If you had a whole day to do whatever you wanted, what would I look like?” and “What prevents you from having the day?” because sometimes the most spiritual thing you can do on your Sabbath is take a nap and to include spiritual renewal and worship.
