Even Jesus (who was perfect) knew He needed to surround himself with a team of committed followers to fulfill His purpose. Being connected with others who are heading in the same direction is a powerful resource in making lasting positive changes.

But, the good news is that Jesus offers us forgiveness, hope and power – genuine power - to change! We don’t have to be defined by our past. Positive and lasting change can only come from a position of honesty with ourselves and others. Sometimes letting go of unrealistic and even harmful facades can leave us open to new beginnings. Jesus said “the truth will set us free,” and the Bible has every tool we’ll ever need.
