How to Help without Enabling
1. We want to learn, with the help of God, to offer what they need, not what they want.
We need to identify the real need.
We need to pay attention to actions, not words.
2. We need to set healthy boundaries.
We need to set up Time boundaries with overly needy people.
We also need to set up Resource boundaries
3. ALLOW THEM TO FACE THEIR CONSEQUENCES.

Interacting with others seems to be an unavoidable part of life, but what happens when there are certain people we wish we could avoid? How do we handle rude, unpleasant, annoying, and just plain difficult people?
