The last words of Matthew, recording what Jesus said, focuses on our responsibility to make disciples. Luke recorded Jesus' last words in the book of Acts calling us to share Jesus everywhere with everyone. The gospel message is a GO message

Do you ever find yourself feeling like there’s no hope, like it’s over? Everywhere Jesus went, He met people who felt it was over; there’s no hope. But when Jesus entered their world, despair became hope. Sorrow turned to joy. Their impossibilities were changed into a beautiful new reality. When Jesus showed up, their "it’s over" spirit was transformed into a confident "it’s NOT over" belief. What Jesus did for others, He can do for you!

During this season of the year when we celebrate Jesus’ death, burial, and resurrection, it’s important to understand the cross of Christ. Few symbols are as widely recognized as the cross. While many see it as a piece of jewelry, to believers, it’s the power of Christ. It is a sign of complete victory over sin, death, and the grave. There is power in the cross of Christ.
