Dear Sunday School Teachers,

Welcome to a new and exciting year of Sunday School! Your dedication, love, and commitment to nurturing the spiritual growth of our youngest members is truly inspiring, and we are deeply grateful for your service.

This year, we have a wonderful new curriculum that is built on four profound truths. These simple yet powerful statements will guide our lessons and help our children build a strong and personal relationship with God.

They are:

1. God, the Creator of all, knows me: The lessons will teach our children that they are known and cherished by our Creator, who understands them completely and loves them unconditionally.

2. Jesus loves me: The lessons will emphasize the immense love of Jesus, who sacrificed everything for us and continues to be a loving friend and Savior.

3. The Holy Spirit leads me: The lessons will help the children recognize the gentle guidance of the Holy Spirit in their lives, leading them towards goodness and truth.

4. I am a child of God: The lessons will affirm each child’s identity as a beloved child of God, instilling in them a sense of worth, purpose, and belonging.

As we begin this new learning year, I encourage you to embrace these truths in your own hearts and let them shine through in your teaching. Our goal is not just to impart knowledge but to create an environment where our children can feel the love of God, experience the joy of community, and establish and strengthen their identity in Christ.

Thank you for your unwavering support and passion. Your role as Sunday School teachers is vital in shaping the future of our church and nurturing the next generation of believers. Together, let’s make this year a transformative and uplifting experience for everyone involved.
