Here are some quick tips to get the most out of the message:

- Put it into your own words. As you take notes, re-write the main points in your own voice and style.

- Go before and beyond. Anytime a bible verse is mentioned, read what comes before and after it for more context.

- Pray about it. Talk to Jesus, asking Him for the strength to understand and apply what you learned.

- Talk it out. They say the best way to learn is to teach. Share a point that either inspired or challenged you with a friend to understand it better.
