After the temple has been completed, Malachi calls the people again to repent from their sins and return to God. Fitting for the final book of the Old Testament, Malachi predicts the coming of John the Baptist and Jesus as God's messengers.
As the people begin to fall into sin once again, Nehemiah has Ezra read to them the book of the Law, reminding them of how God has designed them to live.
Nehemiah is put in charge of rebuilding the wall through King Artaxerxes. He does what God puts into his heart and finds that the joy of the Lord is his strength.
