Sarah has been a co-host on The Most High Show many times but this time is different. In this episode she sits in the honorable seat of service to share her story of self harm, addiction, and self discovery. Sarah is a person who struggled to find her identity and used drugs and alcohol to combat the narratives in her head, the narrative of who she thought she should be. She began self harm at a very young age, long before drugs and alcohol were introduced as a solution to her problems. Sarah has a powerful story to share as a young person that is heavily involved in the Recovery community!
