Skippy started experimenting with psychedelics at the age of 11 and was confronted by the death of his best friend due to suicide shortly after they began using substances together. He continued this path of drug and alcohol abuse for the next 7 years. At this time he finally decided to seek professional help that eventually landed him in the rooms of recovery. Today, Skippy welcomes every newcomer into his 12 step fellowship, in hopes that no one feels alone, the way that he once felt.
