But for many of us, our tiredness extends beyond the holidays. We’re not just tired, we’re depleted. There’s a rest Jesus invites us to experience through Him. A rest that brings healing.

God Is Up To Something

The Christmas story reminds us that God revealed the greatest gift in the birth of His Son, Jesus. There was a moment when He was hidden from the world, but then God revealed Him at the right time. Sometimes God delays His blessing for the right time of our faith.

What Picture?

Ever wonder why the Christmas story unfolded the way it did? No room for Jesus in the Inn, no grand entrance, no palace, etc? Most of us live according to the picture we have created in our mind of what our life should look like. We know that life rarely looks like the picture we have created. Joseph’s experience with God’s sovereignty reminds us that God is at work, even if it seems like He is not there.
