Don't Be Mistaken

Have you ever made big plans that didn’t pan out? Have you ever lost your dreams because something came along and wiped them out? (Covid, anybody?) Jesus is on the precipice of achieving the single greatest moment in redemptive history, and he is describing it to his disciples. But what Jesus describes looks nothing at all like what the disciples expect. In fact, it looks very much like the loss of every dream they ever had. How did Jesus’ disciples keep going when it looked like all their plans were going up in smoke?

Don't Be Afraid

Jesus is on His way to Jerusalem for the last time. His followers were excited about this final trip, thinking Jesus would set up His earthly kingdom. He tells them a story to further clarify His intent to make this final entry into Jerusalem. He did NOT want them to be afraid of what will take place, but to walk in trust and obedience to Him.

Don't Defy Change
