God sends woe to the earth during the tribulation and though the first two judgements bring great suffering, He reveals to John that the opportunity to repent and be saved exists even then. However, when the people refuse the forgiveness that could so easily be theirs God finally declares: "There shall be no delay!" Grace will no longer be extended and the final judgment is about to begin!
