The East Michigan Conference of the Free Methodist Church has scheduled four Regional Prayer Training sessions as part of the Acts 1:8 Grant Initiative to empower our churches in this direction. One of these sessions will be held at MFMC on October 6th. The one-day training will take place from 9 am to 3 pm, including lunch, and be led by Brett Heintzman of the National Prayer Ministry team. While there is no cost to attend, we do need you and those you plan to bring to register. These training sessions are designed to help you, lay leaders, and individuals from your congregation to engage in practical expressions of intercessory prayer. You will learn to practice listening prayer, increase your ability to hear the voice of God, explore the ministry of the Holy Spirit, and identify specific ways to address spiritual darkness.
