Parking Team
We have a GOOD PROBLEM, and that is that people are coming to church!! We are looking for a team of dedicated individuals who would like to help direct traffic at the Taylor Campus on Sunday mornings to help keep the parking lot an organized place. Connections Center
Our Connections Center team's main purpose is to connect people within our church! They are the first to welcome guests as soon as they arrive, answer any questions people might have, help families get connected into life groups or ministries, and more. If you have a heart for people, and are great at connecting with people, this might be the perfect place for you to get involved! Journey Store
Metro has our very own store where we carry Metro merch, Bibles, books and more! The Journey Store is open during all of our weekend experiences, and even some events during the week. Stream Team
We recently kicked off our church live stream! Our vision is to help everyone in any walk of life to experience God in whatever way they are most comfortable. For some, that might mean experiencing church online. Our stream team works hard every weekend to capture our experiences and get them online! This includes camera work, producing, video switching and more. City Kids
At Metro, we are passionate about helping families take their next steps towards God and with God. And part of that includes creating a safe, fun environment for kids to come and learn about who Jesus is! City Kids is that place! It takes a lot to make this thing happen, especially with so many kids involved, so if you are interested in serving within CityKids, we could use you!! We have many different opportunities to get involved within CityKids, from the front desk, signing families in with a smile, to holding babies, to leading small groups. Baxter's
Many of you know and love our cafe, Baxter's! To us, Baxter's is more than just a cafe serving coffee & food. It is a ministry, and a way to connect with our community around us. Clean Team
Our clean team's main purpose is to provide our community with a clean, comfortable, warm environment to come into and connect with Jesus. As the old saying goes, "Cleanliness is next to Godliness." At Metro we take great pride in the appearance of our buildings. If you are someone who has a heart to serve, loves to clean, needs the serving flexibility our team provides (once a month or every other week), and would prefer to work behind the scenes either ologies, or as a team, we would love to have you get involved! Green Thumb Team
God has blessed us with some incredible buildings with lots of land. And we want them to be beautiful for our church and community. This is where you come in! Do you have a passion for nature? Do you have a knack for a beauty with plants and flowers. Can you make things grow? In other words, do you have a green thumb? We need you! We are putting together a GREEN THUMB TEAM to help beautify our grounds. Generation City
Here at Metro, we believe in the next generation! We are passionate about helping students connect to each other and take their next steps towards God! Generation City meets weekly on Sunday nights, 678 at 6pm and 912 at 7pm. If you are good with teenagers, and you want to help pour into the lives of some students in our church, serving at Gen City might be a perfect fit! Worship is one of the most important things that we do here at Metro. Every week, worship leaders and musicians lead us into worship with the sole purpose of bringing our church into the presence of Jesus. Production
If you are good with all things tech, serving on our production team might be perfect for you! Help create an atmosphere where people can experience the presence of God. Our team leads will teach & train you on how to effectively serve in whatever areas of production you are wanting to be apart of!
