The Holy Spirit Empowers Hello Metropolis! Last week, we learned about how the Holy Spirit came upon the disciples on the day of Pentecost. God kept His promise to send the Holy Spirit. With the Holy Spirit’s help, Jesus’ disciples could begin their work to share the gospel with the entire world. God gives the Holy Spirit to those who trust in Jesus as Lord and Savior. The Holy Spirit gives us power to do God’s work, and He changes us to be more like Jesus. This week, we will see how the Holy Spirit enabled the disciples to share the gospel with power and boldness. Check out this session’s activity page and big picture card! And don't forget to fill out the review form after watching the video! https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1faipqlsf6y4uo4q6aa_hzitcvymnrows4xztqpsrebe5z72oey1hd6g/viewform?usp=sf_link We hope to see you this Sunday! Although we won't be meeting in the Metropolis building, we will have worksheets and activities at a Metropolis table in the atrium for kids to work on during both services. During the 11am service, the 4th and 5th graders will be dismissed after worship to meet together. Blessings, The Metropolis Team
