Join us for LIFE Conference 2025 in Indianapolis, Indiana! The long-awaited return of LIFE is here and we are excited to be taking a group of students with us.

When and where is LIFE Conference?
July 4-9, 2025 at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, Indiana.
What is LIFE Conference?
Every 3 years all the youth groups associated with the Christian and Missionary Alliance meet for one big conference. Students at the conference will get to hear the gospel clearly presented, learn about God, and experience how different parts of the body of Christ work together. Students will have a blast while hanging out with each other and new like-minded people. Just imagine 6,000 high school students gathered together to worship Jesus!!!
Who can go to LIFE?
Any student who was in 8th through 12th grade during the 2024-2025 school year may attend the conference.
How are we getting there?
We will be taking a charter bus with the Alliance Church of the Valley to keep costs lower for both groups.
How much does it cost to attend and do I have to pay for it out of pocket?
There are 2 waves of registration, these include early bird and regular rates. Early Bird deadline is October 23rd and will cost between $909 to $1,059 depending on the amount of students who register. Regular rates take place from October 24th to November 20th and will cost between $974 to $1,124 depending on the amount of students who register. Full payment is due May 28th.
- Students will support raise to cover the cost of LIFE Conference.
- Students will have to pay out of pocket whatever they are not able to support raise.
- A $150 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration to get some skin in the game and show an intention of support raising the cost of LIFE. This deposit counts towards your total.
- This price includes lunch and dinner while at the conference, students will be responsible for bringing money for meals during transportation to and from the conference. More details on this to come.
- If you decide you no longer want to or can't come after November 20th, 2024 you will still be responsible for paying the entire amount due for LIFE Conference to Menomonie Alliance Church.
Support Raising
- Students are encouraged to mow lawns, shovel driveways, ask their grandparents for a donation, etc.
- We will also have a couple of large events held to raise support as a group.
- If you raise more than the amount it costs to attend LIFE in the fundraisers, the surplus will be used to help cover the expenses of leaders or others who were not able to meet their goal. The money will not be returned to you or used for any “extra” expenses you may have while at LIFE.
- If you are unable to raise the full amount required to go to Life then you will have to cover the difference out of pocket.

- Please fill them out on your computer. Or print them, fill them out, and scan them back to the computer if you choose to email them to us.
- Pictures are not sufficient, they need to be the pdf file edited on your computer or a scanned document.
- Please submit them by email or drop them off in the church office by October 23rd if you register before the early bird deadline or by November 20th.
