Ladies, join us for this year's Women's Retreat at Camp Forest Springs, September 10 - 12! Look Up! To Our GOD MOST HIGH (Proverbs 18:10) Session 1: Look up! Your Redemption is Near Where do you look when life presses in? When the pain and disappointments of life seem to overwhelm you? Run to Jesus as your Redeemer! (Luke 21:28 and the book of Ruth) Session 2: Look up! Lift up your Eyes Unresolved issues in our lives will cause us to focus upon our circumstances and develop a heart of bitterness. Naomi and Martha learned to look up at their Most High God and to Jesus as the Suffering Servant who understands our pain. Session 3: Look up! To the Throne All is well around the throne of God where we have been beckoned to draw near. We must learn to gaze at our Most High God and look at our circumstances, focusing on the Lamb who was Slain. (Rev. 4) Session 4: Look up! Our God Reigns! As we focus on our Most High God, trusting in His sovereign reign and rule, we will be able to live victoriously! Our Jesus is King of Kings and Lord of Lords! (Ps. 93) Speaker: Diana Stimmel Our speaker, Diana Stimmel, and her husband Jack served at Menomonie Alliance for 18 years. Before coming to MAC, they served in church planting, international work, and at Crown College. Diana taught as an adjunct professor at Crown for over 15 years. In 2010 they were asked to be the lead couple to open a new field for the C&MA in North and Central Asia. After completing their assignment overseas, they began a ministry at the Kiel Alliance Church. Diana loves to teach the Word of God and delights in seeing others, especially women, find greater freedom in Christ. Jack and Diana have been married for over 42 years. They have two wonderful sons, two daughters-in-love, and four delightful grandchildren. Thank you to those of you who have registered for our fall retreat!
