We have purchased gently used playground equipment from UW-Stout and are moving it to its new home at the Menomonie Alliance Church playground! May 31st will be focused on disassembling the play structures at two Stout locations, digging out the post and concrete footings from the ground, and hauling all of it to the church for reassembly at a later date. This includes potential hauling old concrete footings to the dump. There will be some light cleanup at each site. Skidsteer will be involved to help remove the concrete footings from the ground. *No specific skills required besides willingness to help!
Installation of the playground equipment will be June 14th. In between these two dates on weeknights we'll be having smaller groups work to dig back the dirt to create the area for the new equipment and also later to dig out the holes for the posts. Please let Joe Lawrence know if you're available to help with this.
