He tells us that when we present our bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, this becomes our spiritual worship. Let’s gather together after this season of unexpected challenges and changes to explore ways in which we can increase our self care for richer emotional, physical and spiritual results. Join us as we welcome MPC Member Dr. Tara Gunther, clinical psychologist, to explore the interconnectedness between mind, body and spirit and how to navigate sustainable changes in 7 pillars of self care. Dr. Gunther will filter each of these 7 pillars through Scripture to help us better understand how to offer our bodies as living sacrifices to God. This retreat will be offered both in person and online. RSVP by May 9.
