Please complete a registration form for each child by clicking "Add another person" & enter the child's information at the beginning of the form. Under "Who's your primary contact?", please click "+Somebody else" and add the parent/guardian's information. Also, the phone number that you enter with each child will be the one used to sign your child in at check-in each day.
