In this chapter, God reveals His judgment upon a world that has boldly rejected Him. God is not "Father Time, the Man Upstairs" or any sort of indifferent bystander in the affairs of men. He is just and He judges because He loves. And because He loves, He invites us to begin a relationship with Him and experience His joy instead of His judgment. The choice is ours.
