No matter your state in marriage, understand that God loves you dearly and wants the best for you. In today's message, Pastor Rick explains what the Scriptures teach – and do not teach – about divorce and remarriage. Because God is a covenant God, he takes our marriage commitment seriously. God does not view the unmarried as second-class citizens. All of His promises to the married – his love, care, provision, mercy and comfort – apply to those who are single. The key to happiness is found in seeking God rather than a mate. When we put Him first, God may choose to bring a spouse into our lives. Or He may not. But either way, He has our best interests in mind.
