Sidenote: Calling Jesus “the Everlasting Father” may seem odd, since the Bible clearly teaches that Jesus is the 2nd member of the Trinity, “called God’s Son.” Here the Son is called “the Father.” Father means more of a representative and a founder. He is still the Son in the relationship within the divinity and Godhead, but he is called the Father in the sense of his relationship with us and being the father of our eternal hope and founder of our faith.
