We cannot produce anything unless we abide in Christ. An example is if we are a branch. This shows us that we cannot produce anything unless we abide in the vine who is Christ. Another characteristic of a fruit is it helps identify how good a tree is. If you say you are a believer you should not be seen amongst the bad people. You have to watch your mouth all the time and be aware of what you say. If you cannot produce a fruit that people enjoy that means the fruit produced is not of God.
