1. What role has fear played in your life up until now? Share about a time when you let fear get the best of you and what you missed out on because of it.

2. Read 2 Timothy 1:7 and Psalms 34:1-6 NLT. How does fear keep us from walking in the power that God has put in us? How have you seen this in your own life? What areas to you want to do more of this in your life right now?

3. Read Ephesians 1:19-20 and 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 NLT. How does walking in love silence fear? How powerful is the love of God according to scripture?

4. Read Psalms 1:1-3 and Hebrews 12:2 NLT. What does self-discipline have to do with taking power away from fear? What kind of self-discipline do you think renders fear powerless in our lives?
