This booklet is designed to give you an insight into who angels are and what they do. I am going to concentrate mainly on what the Word of God has to say about them. I do this because it is important for us not to fall into subjective opinions about angels and what they do. I welcome all the stories that circulate about angels, but we need to get a biblical base to our understanding so we can fully appreciate them and also be able to discern what is spurious. The Bible actually contains hundreds of references to the various spirit beings we collectively call angels; they are mentioned regularly throughout both the Old and New Testaments.
