In our 2026 Unshakable Connect Groups, as we journey through Emotionally Healthy Spirituality, our church family will learn how emotional maturity and spiritual maturity are inseparable for a true disciple of Christ. Through the book and workbook, participants will discover how to slow down for deep discipleship, break unhealthy patterns from the past, develop a life anchored in Scripture and prayer, and allow the Holy Spirit to transform their inner world. This study will help us follow Jesus with greater honesty, humility, and wholeness—building lives that are truly unshakable in Him. 

Please note that the groups will alternate between the church one week and then the homes the following week.
