The birth of Jesus required faith! Faith on the part of Mary and Joseph. These two common people were used by God because of an uncommon faith and trust in God. They were prepared and when the word of the Lord came to them they both decided to agree with God. We can follow their faith by agreeing with God and doing everything that He asks us to do. Jesus is returning to this earth and He will be looking for people that operate in uncommon faith!
Letting God's Peace Rule You

There is a distinction between peace that comes from Jesus and a pseudo-peace that the world gives. His peace is more powerful than anything that our minds can even understand. He gives us this peace as a gift by the power of His Holy Spirit to be received by faith. This perfect peace that transcends our understanding will guard our hearts and minds from all the attacks of the enemy as we trust in Him.
Taking Joy

Our Heavenly Father has given us many gifts through the greatest gift of His Son Jesus. The joy of the Lord is one of those powerful gifts. With His joy comes His strength which brings the perseverance we need to keep stretching and growing in Him. He gives us His joy, and we take it by faith. Our faith is what we use to receive every good and perfect gift that our Father has given us!
The God of Real Hope

We need three things right now in the Church - Hope, Peace and Joy! God is the God of all hope and that hope is real! It is more than a feeling and produces the power of the Holy Spirit. Our prayer for you is that you be filled to overflowing with hope that comes from the God of all hope!
