Have you heard of Operation Christmas Child? Operation Christmas Child is a project of Samaritan’s Purse that delivers gift-filled shoeboxes to children around the world in Jesus’ Name. This is a tangible expression of God’s love as ministry partners share the Good News of Jesus Christ, God’s Greatest Gift. Join in the spreading of the gospel throughout the world by taking a shoebox from LifeSpring’s entry starting on Sunday, October 22 and returning it with some fun and/or practical items to be shipped to children throughout the world. When you pick up a box, there are directions of what can fill a box and put a smile on a child’s face. Be sure to check out some that have already been made! The National collection is from November 13-20. Just return your shoebox to LifeSpring church by November 8th and it will be sent to the collection point with the rest of the shoeboxes collected in the Boise/Treasure Valley area. Questions?
