Too often we settle for the “ordinary things” of this world when God has created us for a greater purpose, to know Him and make Him known. This week we learned that God is calling us to: A Greater Motivation to Worship, A Greater Willingness to Trust Him, A Greater Determination to Obey Him, and A Greater Passion to Serve Him.

Assured in Christ

By grace we are saved, sustained, and persevered. In Romans 8, the apostle Paul shares of God's everlasting love for us. He reminds us that God has been at work for all eternity, and there is nothing that can takeaway what he has declared for his will.

What a Great Savior

In Adam all died. Although sin entered the world through man, we are saved and redeemed through another. Our Great Savior, Jesus Christ was born into our world, lived a perfect life, died, and rose again to save us from our sin.

Sin is not a problem on the outside. We look for answers in new jobs, new homes, new churches, however, sin is a problem on the inside. God must first work inside of us so that we can live a life that glorifies and honors him.

Motherhood is a Calling From God
