Your Winning Women University Enrollment Fee provides access to an unforgettable Orientation Weekend experience designed to help you Enter to Learn. Leave Transformed.

Sometimes the only thing between you and enrollment is a little flexibility.

We want to make it easier for you to get in the room and experience Winning Women University!

We've created a few ways to complete your registration, including full retreat and single-day options.

OPTION 2 — WINNING WOMEN PAYMENT PLAN

$100 Today + $119 by August 31, 2026

*Secure your enrollment with a $100 payment today, then pay the remaining $119 by August 31, 2026.

*Select the Payment Plan option during registration.

Time: Friday, September 11 | 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM

*Includes: Full access to Friday Night PJ Party sessions, live panels, worship, Friday Vendor Shopping Expo, catered Hyatt Light Bites & Refreshments, and priority reservation for your choice of ONE hands-on workshop (Custom Lipstick Making, Candle Making, or DIY Tote Bag).

SATURDAY POWER ORIENTATION PASS — $150

Time: Saturday, September 12 | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

*Includes: Full 12-hour access to dynamic main stage speakers, powerful breakout sessions, full-day Saturday Vendor Shopping Expo, full sit-down gourmet Hyatt Plated Lunch, and full entertainment lineup (Live Comedian, Live Singer, DJ, Worship & the full Winning Women University Homecoming Celebration).

🚨 CRITICAL DEADLINE: REGISTRATION CLOSES AUGUST 31ST

Hard Registration Deadline: All ticket sales, single-day passes, and final payment plan balances strictly close on August 31, 2026 to lock in hotel catering and workshop materials.

Single-Day Passes: Single-day tickets ($100 Friday / $150 Saturday) can be paid in full or split into 4 interest-free installments by selecting Klarna at checkout via our Ticket Tailor page.

The Hyatt Lodge Chicago/Oak Brook is our host hotel and serves as our on-campus housing option for Winning Women University.

At this time, the Hyatt Lodge is sold out for our event weekend. However, additional rooms may become available due to cancellations or additional inventory.

We encourage you to continue checking the Hyatt Lodge directly for availability.

If on-campus housing at the Hyatt Lodge is unavailable, we have secured a discounted room block at the DoubleTree by Hilton Chicago – Oak Brook, located near the Hyatt Lodge.

The DoubleTree room block is available first-come, first-served and is subject to availability.

Hotel accommodations are not included with your Winning Women University enrollment.

All hotel reservations must be made directly with the hotel.

Winning Women is unable to make, modify, or cancel individual hotel reservations.

We strongly encourage you to reserve your accommodations as soon as possible.

*Ticket & Meal Inclusions: Full Orientation Weekend registration includes Friday Orientation Dinner and Saturday Student Lunch. Single-day passes include the catered meal for that specific day only.

*Friday Elective Workshops: Friday Night Elective Workshops are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis for Full Orientation Weekend Pass and Friday-Only Single Day Pass registrants. (Saturday-Only passes do not include Friday workshop access).

*Hotel Accommodations: Student housing is not included with your enrollment and must be reserved separately through the hotel.

*Hyatt Lodge Status: The Hyatt Lodge room block is currently sold out, but additional rooms may become available.

*DoubleTree Room Block: Our DoubleTree by Hilton Chicago – Oak Brook room block offers discounted group rates on a first-come, first-served basis. The DoubleTree deadline is August 28, 2026.

*Payment Options: Pay in Full, Winning Women Payment Plan, or Affirm.

*Final Check: Please review your elective workshop selection (if applicable) and payment option carefully before completing your registration.

If you have already submitted your Vendor Application and received approval, please select the appropriate Vendor Registration option to complete your vendor fee payment.
