Christmas has been defined by all sorts of things. Gatherings, decorations, gift-giving, and music. However, nothing compares to the lights of the season. Isn’t that interesting? (Just try to imagine Christmas without the lights!). Just a coincidence? Or perhaps it’s a key reflection on the greatest truth and meaning of Christmas? That Light has come into the world.

Part 3: It's Personal

Nearly 2,000 years ago something happened that forever changed the story of the human race. An event took place that has yet the power to transform our lives; the birth of the Messiah – Jesus Christ our Lord. Each Christmas we are reminded that God moved into the neighborhood in order to rescue us from the power of sin in our lives.

This Great King tried desperately to snuff out this Light which had come into this world, but to the benefit of us all, darkness would not prevail. Join us as we talk about one person in the Christmas story we’d just as soon as to forget, but perhaps from whom we can learn much.

Part 1: Most Wonderful

For many people, Christmas is this ‘magical’ time of year where all the trappings of the season make them feel warm and fuzzy on the inside. For others, the season is laced with difficult memories, challenging relationship dynamics, or reminders of better seasons in life. But, everyone can benefit from knowing that what makes Christmas truly the most wonderful time of year is not dependent on what is happening around us, but what has happened for us.
