Prayer for the Christian is unlike any other form or practice of prayer found in other religions. It is initiated by God’s voice, made possible through His Son Jesus, and avails us to something greater than what we receive from God’s hand – God Himself. By developing a rich and genuine private prayer life, Christians access the ongoing grace of God.

Your Habits, God's Grace The Spiritual Disciplines have been discussed, taught, and written about for centuries. Ancient practices modeled by Jesus, his Apostles, the Church Fathers - passed down generation to generation of believers. We often hear of great discipline, duty, and necessity of such things, but somehow along the way we miss the idea that these 'disciplines' are not mere disciplines, but wonderful blessings; the very channels through which God gives us spiritual food for our survival, growth, and flourishing in mission. Join us during this series where we discover that these spiritual disciplines actually lead us to joy, and are fueled by 'His grace' rather than our performance.
