Every table has a culture of conduct. Who prays? How many courses are there? Is food served buffet or family style. At the King's Table there is a certain conduct for those who dine with him. But it has little to do with how many courses are being served, rather its entirely focused on pursuing conduct that is congruent with the King himself.
