Session 5: Lead Through Conflict

Conflict can arise because of human sin and brokenness, but conflict can also arise because people have different perspectives, values, and goals. Often, our sin and brokenness worsen a disagreement into a destructive battle, but working through the disagreement itself can be a healthy exercise to broaden our perspective, consider our values, and identify our goals together.

Let us always remember that our salvation does not depend on what we do for God, but what Christ has done for us. We cannot earn God's love or our salvation. What we do in God's kingdom has eternal significance.
