Psalm 23:1 “The Lord is my shepherd;  I shall not want.

Psalm 37:4 “Delight yourself also in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Deuteronomy 8:18 And you shall remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day.”

Proverbs 10:22 “The blessing of the Lord makes one rich, And He adds no sorrow with it.”

Psalm 37:25 “I have been young, and now am old; Yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, Nor His descendants begging bread.

John 10:10 “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.”

In Jesus Christ... You have been given a new life... And it is a life full of
ABUNDANCE!

ABUNDANCE = MORE THAN ENOUGH!!!

1 John 3:8 says, “... The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy
the works of the devil.”

Ephesians 3:20-21. It says, “Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, 21 to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen”

Verses 20 to 21 are an attribution of praise... In theology we call this a doxology.

The definition of a doxology is - “an expression of praise to God, especially a
short hymn sung as part of a Christian worship service.”

This doxology is exciting... It tells us that our God “is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think” This doxology reveals two keys for us... to experiencing the abundant life that Jesus Christ came to give us...

Key #1 - ASKING...
God is able to do FAR MORE abundantly than what we ask.

Key #2 - THINKING...
God is able to do FAR MORE abundantly that we think.

Matthew 7:7-8 “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. 8 For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened.

Matthew 21:22 “And whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith.”

Proverbs 23:7 “As he thinketh in his heart, so is he...”

34 When Jesus landed and saw a large crowd, he had compassion on them, because they were like sheep without a shepherd. So he began teaching them many things.

35 By this time it was late in the day, so his disciples came to him. “This is a remote place,” they said, “and it’s already very late.

36 Send the people away so that they can go to the surrounding countryside and villages and buy themselves something to eat.”

37 But he answered, “You give them something to eat.”
They said to him, “That would take more than half a year’s wages! Are we to go and spend that much on bread and give it to them to eat?”

38 “How many loaves do you have?” he asked. “Go and see.” When they found out, they said, “Five—and two fish.”

39 Then Jesus directed them to have all the people sit down in groups on the green grass.

40 So they sat down in groups of hundreds and fifties.

41 Taking the five loaves and the two fish and looking up to heaven, he gave thanks and broke the loaves. Then he gave them to his disciples to distribute to the people. He also divided the two fish among them all.

42 They all ate and were satisfied,

43 and the disciples picked up twelve basketfuls of broken pieces of bread and fish.

44 The number of the men who had eaten was five thousand.

Ephesians 3:20 “Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us,”
