This event is a FUNDRAISER for the local ministry of Celebrate Recovery at Liberty Church in Cleveland, Texas. The registration fee of $60.00 INDOOR SPACE $50 OUTDOOR SPACE $100 FOOD TRUCK SPACE is non-refundable. **This fee does not include access to electricity. You must provide your own tables, chairs, tents, and any other equipment or set up supplies for your booth. The booth space will be 10’ X 10’. Food vendors must specify length of trailer including tongue. Food vendors will also have an additional 5' in front of the trailer for merchandising or awning space. There will be a designated dining space set aside for patrons. Set up time Friday Nov. 10, 2023 starts at 4 PM and closes at 8:00 PM. Set up time Saturday Nov. 11, 2023 starts at 7:00 AM and needs to be completed by 8:30 AM, with all vehicles out of the parking lot by 8:45 AM. Tear down cannot start until 4 PM (unless announced by Event Coordinator for earlier closing time). Electricity is available on first-come first-serve basis, we have a limited amount of electricity enabled spaces. You must provide your own electrical cords. Fee for Electricity is an additional $10.00 per exhibitor. Event will be held regardless of rain or shine. No cancellations or refunds, except in the event of a catastrophic weather scenario or mandate from local/state government, at which time refunds will be allowed. If this occurs, no cash refund will be given, check or credits will be processed through the Liberty Church administration. The refund may also be requested to be applied to any future event, or donated to Liberty Church Celebrate Recovery ministry and you will received a tax deductible receipt.
