For the past few weeks, we have spent celebrating what God has done through the story of Liberty and also spent a week celebrating our youth as they led us in worship and the Word. As we began a new series this week entitled "Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is Liberty," we are reminded that there is much more to come for what God has for us individually and for our church.
Senior Pastor Scott Hobbs gave an important word believing that we are in a Gideon moment for the church and in a crucial time in history when we need to be listening for the voice of the Lord and following what the Holy Spirit says so that we may respond in love and not out of fear. We need to begin to put our trust in what He says will be, and not on our assessment of what is.
