Acts 10-8-23

October 8, 2023 • Pastor Scott Hobbs • Acts 16, 1 Corinthians 9:19–23

📸 SUNDAY RECAP 📸

"It's important that we remind ourselves daily of what God expended so that we might know Him." God spared no expense for us to know Him & He wants ALL the children to come home. Things can sometimes be hard or dark or difficult & it's so easy to get caught up in the reality of the circumstances we're in, but the greater reality is that Jesus paid it all & for that, He is worthy of all praise. When Paul & Silas were in prison, things were difficult, & the outcome didn't look good. But in midst of it all, they kept their eyes on Jesus & worshipped Him, because they knew that He was worthy of it all. And through their worship & example, others met Jesus!

January 28, 2024 • Pastor Scott Hobbs • Acts 28

We spent this week in Acts 28 as Paul finds himself shipwrecked on the island of Malta, a name meaning refuge or escape, where Paul and the other prisoners were cared for by a group who showed them unexpected kindness! Senior Pastor Scott Hobbs takes us through this last chapter of Acts and weaves the story of how God was faithful to Paul and faithful to the Gospel, and shared how we need to be faithful to the Gospel as well with all boldness and without hindrance.
