(Legacy Church WILL NOT be responsible for any payments made to unauthorized 3rd parties.
We WILL NOT ask for payment over messenger, text messages, or over the phone)
Application Deadline: September 14, 2024
Fees: $50 per 10’x10’ booth. More than one booth may be rented, please specify on
application. Tables are for rent, $5 each. Electricity is limited but available for $10.
Setup: Saturday, September 28 at 9:00 a.m. and all vehicles must be removed from the Vendor area by 11:00 a.m. to make room for the Car Show entries.
General Information
• Vendors are responsible for knowing if they require a Tax ID number. See
https://comptroller.texas.gov/ for more information on applying for a Tax ID.
Representatives from the Texas State Comptroller’s Office may be present to check for
tax numbers.
• Vendors are responsible for knowing if they require a Food Handlers Certification.
• All vendors will be placed in spots on a first come, first served basis.
Legacy Church Car and Crafts Show Guidelines. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE
PARTICIPATION TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON.
• Please specify the need for electricity. If you do not specify, you may be placed in a spot
without electricity. You will not be permitted to run a power cord across an aisle, as it is
a trip hazard.
• Please keep your space clear and aisle easily accessible.
• Please be mindful that this is a church event when it comes to the product you are
setting out. Vulgar and inappropriate items may be asked to be removed from your
booth.
• IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, you must do so at least 2 weeks prior to the show to receive a
refund. Any cancellations within 2 weeks of the show will not receive a refund. A $10
cancellation fee will be processed for all cancellations. If inclement weather becomes an
issue, we will address as needed.
• Upon arrival, please check in at the registration booth and then you will be directed to
your location to begin the set-up process.
• ***We will not guarantee exclusivity of any craft/product under any circumstances.
Courtesy will be provided in that we will do our best to place similar items apart to help
with sales***
