Shift #2

From Pastor-Dependent to Pastor-Equipped

April 11, 2016 • Rev. Jo Saxton, Mrs. Stephanie Nelson & Ms. Ashley Nelson

According to scripture, pastors are not the doers of all ministry, but rather the equippers and coaches of the ministers. What does pastoral leadership look like in light of an actual functional priesthood of every believer? Rev. Jo Saxton will help us explore the role of pastors in God’s mission from a biblical and Lutheran theological perspective. Lunch and snacks will be provided.
