LCMC offers FREE monthly webinars via Zoom for youth ministry leaders. Through these regular meetings, our goal is is to train, equip, and encourage youth ministry leaders by:

- Engaging in discussions on topics that are relevant to leading youth ministry

- Providing tested, tried, and helpful resources to youth leaders in LCMC

- Offering prayer, support, and a safe place to share your heart, struggle, and needs
