It can be frustrating to see evil triumph and the wicked prosper, and it’s not a new phenomenon, the wicked have flourished at different times all through history. What is the Christian to make of it all? Is being devoted to Jesus and making good decisions worth it? Can we even ask such a question? The Psalmist asked God many questions in an attempt to understand life and maintain worship. Join us as we wrestle with the quandary of how to handle envy of the wicked; it’s an honest question.

Summer Snap Shots: Meet Karl Hensler, Word of Life Missionary Intern in Taiwan

Karl Hensler is currently serving alongside Jake and Em Smith with SYME. Jake grew up and went into the mission field from Kirkland. SYME is a Christian Organization that offers an intensive full-immersion English learning environment through their biblical discipleship program. Their program is designed to improve students’ conversational English and help them discover a faith in God. We’ll learn about Karl’s story, what God is doing in Taiwan, and share in communion together. Don’t be late, you won’t want to miss a moment. Corinthians 11: 23-26
