Summit 2021: EPIC

Cost: The registration cost is $25 and covers the cost of all meals and any materials given, including a souvenir T-Shirt. Arrival / Departure: 
Check-in will be on Friday, August 13 at 5pm. 
Summit activities will begin at 5:30pm. 
Pick-up is at 3pm on Saturday, August 14. Location: All of the activities will take place on the campus of Heritage Baptist Church located at 50 St. Ritas Lane, Cohoes, NY, 12047. What to Bring: Bible, paper, pen, sleeping bag or small air mattress (bed linens), pillow, warm sweater or jacket, toiletries, water bottle, sports clothes for activities, and a large bag for dirty clothes. What NOT to Bring: Any type of electronic device including (but not limited to): cell phones, CD/DVD/MP3 or other media players, computers, and video games; fireworks, tobacco, alcohol, drugs, guns, or knives. *If cell phones are brought they will be held by the camp leadership and used only in case of emergency.* Dress Standard: All clothing must be loose fitting and cover the body from the top of the shoulders to the top of the knee. Campers must remove all body piercing except for girls’ earrings. We reserve the right to require any camper to change their clothing if it is deemed inappropriate. Health and Safety: Heritage Baptist Church and Keep Your Heart Ministries are committed to the health and safety of each camper. Any activity restrictions, health concerns, dietary needs, or behavioral considerations can be noted on the registration form. Notes to Parents: 1) Campers are expected to stay for the entire retreat except in the event of sickness or emergency. 2) We have an extremely full schedule, which will be difficult to interrupt for phone calls or visits. 3) Campers are not permitted to use the phone except in the case of emergencies. 4) Make checks payable to Keep Your Heart Ministries.
