As followers of Jesus, we do not serve to boost our self-image, to be in power, for people to praise us, for accolades or popularity, but that our life might lift up to the world our King Jesus. When we discover our place in God’s kingdom work in this world, the local church then becomes this vibrant, healthy community and the world cannot help but notice and then be drawn to God.

Our world today has so many worthy causes. Yet, the Bible clearly teaches that we are to bring our tithe to the church to empower it to fulfill its mission. As we are faithful to firstfruit storehouse tithing, God will give us back even more so that we can continue to use it for His Kingdom work.
