It's About the Win

Prayer (vital, continual, energetic, effective prayer) connects my life to the victory of Jesus. His win become my own. Series: There are a good number of us that when we are asked to pray, really have no idea where to start. Often we reduce prayer prayer to a small trite thing, thinking that praying creates little to no real impact into the problems that we face, except for maybe the fact that internally we feel a bit safer. But the reality is that when we pray, we are tapping into the same source that brought all things into existence, the same source that raised Jesus back to life. Through the victories that Jesus claims: his healing of the sick, his redemption for those that were lost, countless miracles, and his conquering of death, what we come to realize is that Jesus Wins. This understanding changes the way that we pray. It changes how often we pray, how consistently we pray.
