Love is a Wild Thing

Overgrown Love

February 2, 2020 • Ed Noble

Only God can offer a life controlled by love. Series: At the center of the story of God is a deep understanding that it is due to His unending unconditional love that He created us, that He came down to be with us, and ultimately that He rescued us from the lie that we can do this thing called life on our own. The love of God is beyond our comprehension, does not follow the rules, is reckless, and aggressively pursues us. It is not something that can be tamed, controlled, or fully understood. It changes how we see ourselves, how we respond to others, and how we impact the world around us. The selfless love of God takes the fullest effect when Jesus embraces the cross in order to set us free, reclaim what was lost, and show us.... that love is a wild thing. Join us as we learn to respond from Love Himself. __________________ If you call Journey your home, you can give here as an act of worship.
