He’s Not Finished: Ending Our Isolation

May 8/10.

May 10, 2020 • Ed Noble

Message Summary: The Holy Spirit was sent to end our isolation.

Series: Then the day came. Jesus was betrayed, falsely accused, convicted, and then crucified, dying a brutal and unjust death. Buried in a tomb, sealed with a stone and then… three days later rose from the grave. The End.

At least that’s the way we so often tell it. But that is so far from the truth. Sunday came and the Jesus followers were left asking the same questions we are asking today. What in the world is happening and what does this mean for me.

Well, it means that when we trust in Jesus our story is RESURRECTION! Because the resurrected one is with us and anything is possible.

He wasn’t finished healing.
He wasn’t finished renewing and restoring.
He wasn’t finished mending. Reconciling. Pursuing.
He wasn’t finished and he still isn’t.
It’s far from The End… oh no friends. The Truth is…
He’s not finished yet.

Ask Ed: Midweek, Apr 21, 2020

April 21, 2020 • Ed Noble

The resurrection of Jesus means that feelings of loss… don’t get the last word. However, just like the original followers of Jesus, that doesn’t mean we don’t want to find meaning in what’s happening. We have Questions! Ed and his team want to help you find answers. Submit questions this weekend during a service Livestream or send one in below. We’ll also take some questions LIVE during the Ask Ed event! The resurrection of Jesus means that feelings of loss do not get the last word. However, that doesn’t mean that when Jesus came back from the dead his followers were suddenly all ok. In fact, they wanted to know what was happening and what it meant for them! We often have those same kinds of questions today, especially in light of what we have been facing with COVID-19. Questions are ranging from where is Jesus in this? To how does Jesus want me to help others? To how do we overcome the guilt of not really being our best selves lately? We want to help you find answers! Ed and his team will be live every Tuesday night for four weeks taking your questions. We hope you’ll join us for these fun and informative events!
