We are so pleased to have Prophet Emmanuel back with us. He shared such amazing updates Sunday on the boreholes that have been dedicated in Ghana.
He will be teaching a seminar style class this week on spiritual authority. He shared Sunday that this is what has shifted things in Africa and why America is in the spot it's in; we don't understand authority. Join us for his wisdom and bring your questions.

The Apostles' Teaching

=====
But really what I'm not talking about is about a book, about a book with words in it. I'm talking about really the divine truth, our source of truth. And that source of truth can only be found in scripture. And that's not words. It's a person. And that person is Jesus Christ.
And John one, it says, the word became. Flesh. The word of God became manifest when Jesus came onto the scene, and we have to remember that when we're, when we're reading his word, that in second Timothy it said that all scripture is God breathed.
In Hebrews it says that it is alive and active. In Psalms it talks about that the word is a lamp to your feet and a light unto your path. That God's word is more than a book. It's more than a self-help journal. It's the very source of truth in life. And so as we read this, we have to read it with more understanding that we are actually breathing in the breath of God.
We are actually breathing in our source of life, our source of truth in everything that we think, all of our emotions that we have need to be filtered through God's word. All his promises are yes, and amen. And God is the same yesterday, today, and forever. And so the words that were written thousands of years ago are never going to become antiquated.
They're never going to go out of date, out of style. They're always going to be relevant, and they're going to be as alive today as they were thousands of years ago. And so I want to encourage you to take time to read his word, align your heart with his heart to align your source of truth. With Jesus Christ because he is the one that brings us hope.
He is the one that protects, he trusts. We trust in him when we develop our understanding of who he is. And we can only do that through scripture. So I want to encourage you up your time that you spend in your word. It might be hard at times, but it will become the most fruitful time that you have. And if you want to become a spiritual giant up your time in prayer and up your time in his, in his word, you will only become more in love with Jesus in your relationship.
In your walk with him will become more fruitful. So that's the fourth of our series, our acts to home church. And our member church is not about a building, it's about people. It's about being in unity and in fellowship. And we would love to do that together. And that's the number one way that we can express that.
But right now we do it through our family. And as we lead our family as priests, we continue to do that outside of this series that you carry the authority in the anointing to lead your family. And and when you do, the church will become alive. So I'm really thankful and excited that you guys have taken the time to understand what churches that you spend time on the word that you spend time in fellowship with one another.
And then when you do that, God is there in the midst that you break bread, that you declare his blood, that you are a member, his death. Which gives us a power and authority over over Satan. And when we pray, when we abide with Jesus, just how we are then going to come alive in our spirit. So w I love you and I'm so thankful that you guys have taken time to download the curriculum and watch the videos.
It's just been a total blessing to me to be able to spend this time with you. I'm in a really unique way.
So if you ever need help or have questions or want to be encouraged, don't ever hesitate to reach out. You can get ahold of me at Danny, at Island http://church.org. And I'm always happy and willing to be there for you.

The Holy Spirit

I have heard the phrase, “The Trinity is not; God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Bible.” The Holy Spirit over the years has seemed to lose His place in the Trinity. I do not know if this is a lack of understanding on the part of the Church or pastors unwilling to dive into seeming controversial waters.
It has been a pleasure to do these 4 lessons with you. Thank you so much for taking the time, I feel honored. I hope that this has blessed you and brought you into a deeper relationship with our Heavenly Father.
Remember, it’s not about what you know about Jesus, it’s about knowing Him intimately and personally.
As one who is never opposed to controversy or conflict lets dive in.
Blessings, Danny

The Trinity
July 3, 2020 • Danny Smith
I grew up a "Christian", went to church every Sunday, even attended a few Christian schools. I always felt that I had an adequate understanding of scripture, but my points of knowledge concerning biblical doctrine were much like the unnumbered dots on a kids connect the dots coloring page.
I had the points of data, but with no numbers, it was difficult for me to see the full picture clearly. As I began preparing for my Pastoral licensing exam, the dots on the page began to have numbers assigned to them and as a result a picture started to form. I am by no means a theologian but I love scripture and the more "Dots" that are seen and numbered, the more of the picture that we can see.
Whether you are a lifelong Christ follower or this is your first step on the journey. I hope that this series helps you, see dots, number them and connect more of your picture. Push yourself, you will get out of this series what you put in.
So, let's begin the discovery of the bible and specifically in this series, uncovering Who God is.
This is 1 of 4 in a series I am calling "I AM"
This is a Study of The Trinity, God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
Over the next few weeks we will begin to look at each part of the Godhead, but before we look at each person of the Godhead, we will begin with the Trinity as a whole.
Each series will contain
1. A brief Intro video
2. Study Material
3. A Test, to prove what you http://know...or what you dont. ;)
I am always here to help or answer questions, push yourself to read, study and memorize the Word of God.
Love you guys,
Danny

The Son
July 17, 2020 • Danny Smith
Jesus is the most important person in history. Everything rides on the fact that He lived, died, and rose again, scripture itself calls our faith useless without Him (1 Corinthians 15:14-17). It’s all about Jesus, the perfect Lamb of God that takes away the sins of the world. Without Jesus, we would not be regenerated, atoned, justified, sanctified, and adopted as sons and daughters of the King. Without Jesus ascending back into heaven the Holy Spirit would have never come down.
We have to get to know our Savior and build a relationship with Him.

The Father
July 10, 2020 • Danny Smith
“The Father” is the second in the "I AM" series
Here we take a look at the fear of God and contemplate how and why we worship. We will ask ourselves, "What if our lives were totally filled with the fear of God, how would we be different?".
Lastly, what is your perception of God?
This test will have some pretty personal questions about how you view God and where you may struggle with your view of God. Don't be afraid to take a deeper look and ask God the hard questions. He can handle it.
I am always here to help or answer questions, push yourself to read, study and memorize the Word of God.
Love you guys,
Danny
The Spirit of Prophecy

"Then I fell down at his feet to worship him, but he said to me, “You must not do that! I am a fellow servant with you and your brothers who hold to the testimony of Jesus. Worship God.” For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.
