Yes - while scripture is not the only means God uses to communicate with us, it is the most preeminent. In the Bible, God communicates to humanity a permanent word that doesn't change with cultural tides and isn't subjective to individual experience, but continues to be living word that speaks and transforms throughout generations. How Does The Bible Change Us?

We have said that the Bible is the Word of God and the way in which he communicates to man. If this is true, then the Bible isn't simply information, but is actually a living word.
